N o one needs to teach Will Poulter anything about checking his privilege. The career choices of this year-old show an actor drawn to films with a social conscience. In person, too, Poulter is constantly checking, unpicking, interrogating and rechecking himself. Acknowledgement is the first step in hopefully using your privilege to realise a more equitable society. Such as? I try to be conscious about the message.SEE VIDEO BY TOPIC: Horrible Bosses

Former child actor Will Poulter, 20, starred in Brit flicks and now wants to make it in Hollywood. His latest movie role put him off tarantulas for life. How many takes did you do? Who was your favourite Friend? His character was a bit of an underdog but David Schwimmer, who played him, became a bit of a triple threat on that programme — writing and directing the odd episode. Would you like to go behind the camera as well as in front of it?
Maybe a lot later down the line directing is definitely something I would look at. A brave choice of role by any standards.
I was wearing a prosthetic, so none of that is mine. The prosthetic took about three hours to put on. It was a bit of a trial and I got intimate with a very talented man called Tony who saw a lot more of me than what I care to show anyone else.
Are you scared of spiders? I am not a fan of tarantulas. I will not be getting a pet tarantula or spending any more time with spiders if I can help it. Do you have any other phobias? Not really, not too many. It came pretty late.
Do you still live at home in west London? When was your first kiss? It was when I was at school with a girl called Sophie. She is now one of my best friends and she will probably kill me for telling you. Who is the coolest famous person you have met? I met Marion Cotillard recently and she oozes cool. She is one of the coolest women you could possibly imagine. Whose career path would you like to emulate? It may sound strange to say it of someone so famous but I think Leonardo DiCaprio is underrated, particularly from an awards perspective.
He is a very versatile actor. It was just the most phenomenal performance and he should have been nominated for a serious award back then. Do you love or hate social media? Obviously you could make the opposite case for it. But, for the most part, I think people are genuinely trying to be in contact with fans and people that follow their work and trying to give a true perception of who they are.
Do you get recognised a lot? A fair bit. But I think when you have eyebrows like mine and you are the size of a baby giraffe you just naturally get stared at in any case.

The movie is narrated by Goldblum's character, whose name is Dexter, and who has spent five years as "the tall guy" in a two-man show starring the rude and obnoxious short comedian Ron Anderson Rowan Atkinson. Anderson hogs the spotlight so much that the audience hardly even realizes there's a stooge in the cast. Dexter meanwhile bicycles home to his rented room in the flat of a nymphomaniac, whose lovers paddle nakedly through the kitchen at odd hours in search of a glass of water. One day Dexter finds himself at the hospital and is riven by a thunderbolt of love for the nurse, whose name is Kate Lemon, although his mind insists on remembering her as Kate Tampon. Desperate to ask her for a date, he signs up for a series of inoculations for a fictitious trip to Morocco, and eventually she does go out with him, and up to her room with him, and they roll passionately across oranges and stale Wheetabix cubes and are in love. All of this would not in itself make "The Tall Guy" worth seeing, despite the charm of Thompson and the drollery of Goldblum, if it were not for the direction by Mel Smith and the script by Richard Curtis , who assume that their audience has a certain level of intelligence and information.

A low-level marijuana dealer David Clark living in Denver is robbed of his money and stash, some of which he owes to his wealthy drug supplier, Brad Gurdlinger. After David is brought to him, Gurdlinger forces David to smuggle marijuana from Mexico as a solution to clear his debt. Realizing that one man attempting to get through customs is too suspicious, he hires a stripper neighbor stage-named Rose, a runaway year-old petty thief named Casey, and his year-old neighbor Kenny to pose as a bogus family called the "Millers". When the Millers reach the compound, they find out that the amount of marijuana they were picking up is not "a smidge" as Gurdlinger had informed them, but actually two tons. Because of the extra load of the marijuana on the RV, one of the radiator hoses breaks while going up a steep incline.
